Larapinta Trail Transfers & Tour Bookings – Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Larapinta Trail transfers, food drops, and tour bookings. They do not apply to airport transfers or local point-to-point services.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
1.2 Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
2. Cancellation by the Client
2.1 All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
2.2 Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 60 days or more: Full refund
- 30 to 59 days: 20% cancellation fee
- 7 to 29 days: 50% cancellation fee
- 7 days or less: No refund
2.3 No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced, regardless of reason.
3. Cancellation or Changes by ASP Private Hire
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns or insufficient bookings.
3.2 Where this occurs, a suitable alternative or full refund will be offered.
3.3 Pick-up and drop-off locations may change in adverse conditions to ensure safety.
4. Pick-Up and Punctuality
4.1 Clients must arrive at the designated pick-up location 10 to 15 minutes before departure.
4.2 Failure to be on time may result in forfeiture of the service without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 ASP Private Hire is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, accommodation or onward travel.
5.2 We are not liable for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings, including hiking gear and equipment.
5.3 No responsibility is accepted for items left at food drops or unattended locations.
6. Acceptance of Terms
6.1 By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
